In Madison, we are fortunate to have access to a large number of small farms producing an amazing variety of ingredients. Practicing organic farming, sustainable methods and keeping their animals out on pasture, they have helped raise the standards in our local agricultural landscape.

Artisan Cheese Makers
At L’Etoile, we’re serious about cheese. Our menus feature a wide variety of styles and flavors: fresh chèvres, nutty cave-aged cheeses, sharp cheddars, and unbelievably creamy blues. We encourage guests to stop by anytime and try a cheese plate at our bar and get a real taste of Wisconsin.
